Spanish Speaking Service Desk Analyst

Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a position for a Spanish Speaking Service Desk Analyst! In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing first-class support to our Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently and their technical issues are resolved promptly.

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring incoming requests, addressing client concerns, and leveraging your technical skills to deliver effective solutions. We are looking for someone who is not only fluent in Spanish but also passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients experiencing technical issues
• Manage and prioritize incoming service requests via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing immediate resolutions
• Document all client interactions and support incidents accurately in our ticketing system
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolution of their issues
• Collaborate with other technical teams to escalate and resolve complex problems as needed
• Participate in training sessions to stay up to date with product knowledge and support procedures

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
• A willingness to learn new technologies and techniques
