Based in the beautiful surroundings of Greece, this role provides an exciting opportunity to assist Spanish-speaking customers with their inquiries and concerns regarding automotive products and services.
Your Role
As a Spanish Speaking Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking clientele. You'll be at the forefront of engaging with customers, addressing their questions, and ensuring a smooth experience with our automotive offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries in Spanish through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Provide information about automotive products, services, and technical support.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Ensure that you remain updated on product knowledge and relevant policies to inform customers accurately.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (oral and written) is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, focused on customer satisfaction.
