About the Role
We are seeking a Spanish Technical Support Representative to serve as the primary support liaison between our platform and customers. In this role, you will troubleshoot software issues, guide users through solutions, and help ensure a smooth customer experience.
You will work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams while assisting users with technical questions and platform usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues for customers
- Explain technical concepts in clear, user-friendly language
- Track and manage cases through ticketing systems
- Document solutions and create knowledge base articles
- Assist customers in using the platform according to their workflows
