Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and basic issue resolution
- Manage calendars, appointments, and reminders
- Update records and maintain accurate documentation
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Fluent in
English and Spanish
