Job Title: Spanish Bilingual Virtual Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat in
    English and Spanish
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, and document management
  • Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and basic issue resolution
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and reminders
  • Update records and maintain accurate documentation
  • Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Fluent in
    English and Spanish
    (written and verbal)
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Support, or Administrative Assistant is preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
