Spare Parts Controller / Maintenance Planner

What You Will Enjoy Doing

• Handle and maintain inventory of spare parts and consumables.
• Monitor and control withdrawal and/or usage of consumables.
• Analyze the parts and the consumption or movement of parts for dead stock, ageing and ordering purposes.
• Maintain minimum balance of spare parts and consumables in stock for all parts.
• Generate PR's for replenishing and maintaining spare parts stock level. Make a follow-up to Procurement department on pending PR's. Make a follow-up to Suppliers on the status of the delivery of spare parts and/or consumables.
• Maintain a copy of spare parts manual for all machines and equipment.
• Monthly reconciliation with books of accounts and periodic physical verification with Finance.
• Receive and evaluate incoming spare parts and/or replacement parts with regards to the specifications, quantity, etc. based on the PR and PO.
