Job Description
The Spare Parts Interpreter’s primary role is to generate parts sales to internal and external customers whilst maintaining good customer relationships. Additionally, the role involves responding to customer enquiries and interpreting customer requirements to achieve a positive and successful outcome.
- Attending to internal & external enquiries, either through counter sales, email or via phone.
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Inventory Control, including scheduling and executing regular stocktake on both the main warehouse and the Field Service Technicians’ vans.
- Packing and shipping of orders
- General warehousing duties
- Replenishment of Field Service Technician’s van stock
- Provide quotes to the Service Department to assist with customer repair quotes
- Building an effective and positive relationship with all customers.
