POSITION OBJECTIVES

Analyze and evaluate the business needs of the spare parts unit.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Lead the analysis of the current process of the Spare parts business - Value Stream mapping
Forecast & LTCP projection
Capacity analysis
Production schedule
Schedule attainment
Delivery performance - Shipping
Propose an improved process
Develop monitoring tools.
Document the results/updated process.
