Spatial Analyst - GIS

Overview

Our client is currently seeking a Spatial Analyst to assist their Spatial Application team to deliver the next generation of GIS infrastructure and applications. In this role you will be helping to transition the business from legacy spatial applications/platforms to contemporary solutions, including migration of critical spatial data underpinning day to day operations across the organisation.

As the Spatial Analyst, you will:

• Review & convert map documents from current ArcMap format to new ArcPro format.
• Generation of new map documents in ArcPro format if required.
• Publishing map services to ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Web map configuration in ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Updating mapservice metadata to ISO standards.
• Other tasks as determined by senior developer/s or Spatial Application team lead, i.e. FME or VertiGIS development that are in alignment with project scope.
