**Responsibilities**

+ Implement lease accounting processes to optimize financial reporting and transparency.
+ Manage Finance-Record to Report activities ensuring timely and accurate general ledger entries.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting operations and improve efficiency.
+ Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements in financial reporting.
+ Monitor financial transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
+ Support month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely financial statements.
+ Utilize domain skills in Record to Report-Accounting to enhance financial processes and outcomes.
+ Develop and maintain documentation for accounting procedures and policies.
+ Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management review and decision-making.
+ Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial records and reports.
+ Participate in system upgrades and testing to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
+ Contribute to the companys financial goals by driving process improvements and efficiencies.
**Qualifications**
+ Possess strong technical skills in S/4 HANA Finance and Lease Accounting.
+ Demonstrate expertise in Finance-Record to Report processes and general ledger management.
+ Have a good understanding of Record to Report-Accounting domain skills.
+ Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Show proficiency in financial data analysis and reporting.
+ Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
