**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated SPE-Provider Credentialing professional with 1 to 3 years of experience in healthcare products and credentialing processes. The role involves managing credentialing and re-credentialing tasks efficiently in a hybrid work model with night shifts. The candidate will contribute to the seamless operation of our healthcare services ensuring compliance and enhancing provider satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manage the end-to-end provider credentialing and re-credentialing process to ensure timely and accurate completion.
+ Collaborate with healthcare providers to gather necessary documentation and information for credentialing purposes.
+ Verify provider credentials and qualifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of provider credentials in the system.
+ Communicate effectively with providers and internal teams to resolve any credentialing issues or discrepancies.
+ Utilize healthcare product knowledge to streamline credentialing processes and improve efficiency.
+ Monitor and track credentialing timelines to ensure adherence to deadlines and avoid service disruptions.
+ Provide support and guidance to providers regarding credentialing requirements and procedures.
+ Analyze credentialing data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the process.
+ Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and accreditation standards related to provider credentialing.
