An opportunity is available for a Special Education Teacher specializing in Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) at an elementary school in Arvada, CO. This full-time, onsite contract position runs from January 5 to April 24, 2026, serving the AM and PM preschool classrooms with a total of 36 students. Key responsibilities include: Developing and delivering lesson plans tailored to the needs of preschool students with special education requirements. Managing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and providing case management for a caseload of 9 to 11 students receiving ECSE services. Collaborating with school staff and families to support the educational and developmental goals of the students. Qualifications and experience sought: Proficiency in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with students and families. Current ECSE Colorado teaching license. Familiarity with Colorado IEP forms and special education regulations. Minimum of two years classroom experience working with young children in special education settings.
