Qualifications:

  • High School diploma AND two years of college OR Associate's degree OR MN passing score on the ParaEducator test.
  • Effective behavior management and health support skills, able to maintain routine in a student's day.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills for interactions with staff, students, and parents.
  • Experience working in a center-based and inclusion setting.
  • Must be able to perform the essential job functions, which may include toileting, catheters, lifting, medication administration, gastric tube feedings, health tasks to support student, pool, DA...
