We are seeking a committed, experienced and enthusiastic SENDCo to join The Milford Academy, a welcoming and inclusive primary school at the heart of our community. We aim to be the school of choice in Clifton, and in recent years we have seen an increase in the number of children joining us with additional needs. We are therefore looking for a passionate SENDCo who shares our commitment to inclusion and who will help ensure that we fully meet the needs of all children at The Milford Academy.

The Role

The SENDCo role will be predominantly non-class based, enabling the successful candidate to focus on strategic leadership, high-quality provision, and effective support for pupils with SEND across the school.

In addition, the role will include:

  • PPA cover for our Milford Milestones Enhanced Provision
  • PPA cover within the mainstream school (specific class to be confirmed)
  • Occasional short-term cover to sup...
