As an SEN Teacher, you will:



  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs




  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to ensure progress and well being




  • Work closely with LSAs, Behaviour Mentors, and other support staff




  • Monitor and report on student achievement, behaviour, and development




  • Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment


    • What We’re Looking For


  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent




  • Experience working in SEN schools or specialist provisions




  • Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills




  • Empathy, adaptability, and commitment to positive outcomes for students




  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
