Special needs educator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Needs Educator to support students with diverse learning needs, including physical, emotional, developmental, behavioural, and learning disabilities. The Special Needs Educator will plan and deliver individualised instruction, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, and create a safe, inclusive environment where every child can grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess students’ learning abilities, strengths, and challenges through observation and evaluation tools.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEP) tailored to each learner’s needs.
• Deliver structured teaching strategies adapted for different learning styles and abilities.
• Modify classroom materials, assessments, and teaching approaches to support student progress.
• Provide one-on-one and small group instruction where needed.
