Leader Education are seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join an Ofsted-rated Outstanding school that supports children aged 3-19.
In this role, you will work closely with children with SEND, including those with PMLD, speech, language and communication needs, as well as physical and sensory needs. You will assist pupils in overcoming barriers to learning by providing targeted support, implementing specialist strategies, and helping access a well-resourced curriculum.
Pupils at this school follow a primary-based model of learning.
