Primary Teaching Assistant (SEN Support - Year 5)
Location: Hounslow, London

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Primary Teaching Assistant to support a Year 5 pupil with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a friendly and inclusive primary school in Hounslow .

This role is ideal for someone who is patient, proactive, and passionate about helping children with additional needs to achieve their full potential in a supportive learning environment.

The Role:

  • Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support for a Year 5 pupil with SEN

  • Support learning across the curriculum, adapting tasks as needed

  • Assist with emotional regulation, confidence-building, and social development

  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to follow individual education plans
