Special Needs/Behaviour Classroom Assistant

Leader Education is delighted to be recruiting a Learning Support Assistant  for a welcoming, small SEND school in Bedale. This role is perfect for someone passionate about supporting children with SEND and/or PMLD — and is an excellent opportunity for graduates  looking to start a rewarding career in education or care.

The school supports pupils aged 2–16  and is dedicated to building trusting relationships, creating inspiring learning spaces, and offering meaningful opportunities that help every child thrive. Their most recent Ofsted inspection rated them “Good” , reflecting their vibrant, inclusive and joyful learning community.

This is a long-term position  (following a successful trial) with a consistent working pattern of Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm .
