Objective:
Provides the necessary support to facilitate the manufacture of the product, meeting the design requirements and quality standards and timely deliveries, seeking continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in accordance with the goals and / or objectives of the structural SBUs. Work closely with the other groups to update and improve the standard for manufacturing as applicable.
Main task:
Responsible for the RCCA to solve problems, investigate defects, use of SPC as applicable. Works on projects that requires major technical knowledge and extensive related development. High performance expectation on Special processes such as heat treat, chemical conversion (Alodine), paint and/or pyrometry.
Lead and coordinate people from different areas. Represents department and company with technical discussions and talks with vendors as required. Makes technical decisions and recommendations that are recognized as authoritat...
