As a Special Project Head , you will be responsible for serving as the primary liaison between business units and the project team for Project Rubicon, ensuring alignment of business requirements with technical solutions. This role is accountable for driving business-side deliverables, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with governance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
How you'll contribute
- Represent business interests in all project phases, from discovery through implementation.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and SMEs to define, review, and refine requirements across credit card and debit streams.
- Validate integration points for compliance, risk, and operational processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Project Manager on all business-related activities and resource management.
