Responsibilities

  • Strip and Waxing of hard surface floors.
  • Carpet steam cleaning.
  • Window washing.
  • Ceiling Pro.
  • High dusting - above 6 feet.
  • Pressure washing.
  • Wall cleaning.
  • Temporary staff coverage in emergencies.
  • Maintain and upkeep company vehicle.
  • Tracking of company SPS equipment.
  • Engage in ongoing personal trailing
  • Take inventory of supplies and let superiors know what is needed.
  • Adhere to all schedules via daily/weekly/monthly checklists.
  • Maintain all equipment according to the Ultra Shine equipment maintenance manuals
  • Adhere to various additional cleaning schedules, including special areas / specific time cleaning, etc.
  • Take part in random inspections performed by Ultra Shine management.
  • Drive vehicles required to perform or travel to work, including vans, industrial trucks, and industrial vacuum cleaners.
