**Job Description: HVAC/R Projects Coordinator**
**Summary of Position**
**The HVAC/R Projects Coordinator is responsible for coordinating designated CAPEX and HVAC/R Special Projects across Dollar Tree and Family Dollar. This role provides direct support to the Facilities team by managing HVAC replacements, refrigeration programs, and reactive work orders. The coordinator ensures projects are executed efficiently, accurately, and within budget, while maintaining strong communication with vendors, contractors, and internal partners.**
**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**
+ **Coordinate and manage HVAC/R Special Projects, including refrigeration replacements, proactive HVAC unit replacements, and large-scale reactive work.**
