Job Description
**_POSITION SUMMARY:_** The Special Projects Financial Analyst is responsible for coordinating, developing, and reporting financials related to projects, including community improvement district (CID) and transportation development district (TDD) projects and the homeowner’s association (HOA), while also supervising HOA staff and maintaining organized project documentation for both the Projects and HOA departments.

**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and physical filing systems for project and HOA financial and other official documents.
+ Prepare communications, such as letters, emails, reports, presentations, and other correspondence, often of a highly sensitive and confidential nature.
+ Maintains reports on project finances throughout all steps of the project, including pre-opening budgets.
