OSCAR is expanding fast, and we're looking for a Special Projects Lead who thrives in chaos, loves building from scratch, and wants to own high-impact initiatives end-to-end.
This isn't a traditional role — you'll run strategic plays that touch both Operations and Growth, launch new initiatives, and directly shape how OSCAR scales.
