We need a Special Projects Manager who can thrive in that gray area—someone who can look at messy, real-world operations and build the systems, data backbones, and strategies to make them scalable. This isn't a traditional project management role; it’s a high-impact internal consultant position designed to solve our most pressing bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operations analytics, strategy, or special projects, ideally within asset-heavy or high-growth operations-led businesses (e.g., Prop-tech, Logistics, or Hospitality).

• Analytical Mastery: You are a power user in building complex models and dashboards (Excel/Google Sheets is a must; BI tools and SQL are highly preferred).
