We are seeking a Night Shift Site Supervisor to oversee the installation and monitoring of specialized infrastructure systems during off‑hour operations on data centre construction sites.

• Supervise overnight installations of security, fire alarm, cabling, and automation systems.
• Monitor safety compliance and enforce access and PPE protocols during reduced visibility conditions.
• Perform field verifications and record installation status, deviations, and resolutions.
• Prepare detailed handover reports for day shift teams to ensure continuity.
• Respond to site challenges and coordinate with technical leads and quality teams.

• 5+ years of night shift supervision experience for specialized systems in mission-critical projects.
• Technical degree in Electronics , Mechatronics , or relevant field.
• Strong documentation and field management skills, with emphasis on safety and accountability.
• Fluent in Spanish and English , capable of handling bilingual crews and maintaining clear communications.
