Job Description
Responsibilities
- Triaging incidents/service requests reported to the Enterprise Applications team
- Providing remote and face to face technical support to users regarding IT incidents and service requests
- Following agreed procedures, respond to requests for assistance by providing information to enable users to resolve them
- Maintaining accurate log entries of fault with resolution and contact details
- Ensuring all software installations and routine upgrades are implemented in a timely manner
- Working on tasks as assigned by IT Service Delivery Manager
- Creating & maintaining KB articles & work instructions
- Ensuring technical queries not progressing are escalated to resolver groups and third-party vendors according to established procedures.
