The role drives the employee experience agenda at RHB by creating meaningful touchpoints that connect our people to our culture, values, and organisational priorities. The role combines event execution, internal storytelling, and communications to strengthen belonging, engagement, and organisational pride. The role also supports strategic pillars such as wellbeing, DEI, and culture building to unlock a more inclusive and high-performing workplace.

• Design, plan and deliver high-impact engagement initiatives and events that foster connection, belonging, and organisational pride.
• Collaborate with HR and business units to align programming with organisational priorities and workforce needs.
