As a Specialist in digital Channel Analytics - you'll support the development, growth, optimization, and reporting of Empire's digital customer channels, including B2C and B2B websites, mobile apps, and direct-to-customer communications on the Digital Channel Analytics team. You will use Google Analytics, SAS, SQL, and Salesforce MCI to derive insights that will influence business decisions, drive value for our customers, and aid Empire in its ambition to become the best retailer in Canada.
