Specialist Client Services Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and customer expectations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and project documentation.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Track action items and drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Identify risks, manage issues, and handle escalations in a professional manner.
• Guide teams through launch readiness, deployment, and project closeout activities.
