Specialist - Cloud & Infra Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Level 3 SCCM Intune Engineer to join our End User Computing EUC team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advanced troubleshooting architecture design and operational support of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager SCCM and Microsoft Intune environments. This role demands deep technical expertise proactive problem-solving and the ability to lead and mentor junior team members

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design deployment and maintenance of SCCM and Intune infrastructure.
• Manage application packaging and deployment using SCCM and Intune.
• Handle OS deployment OSD using PXE Task Sequences and Nomad.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of client and serverside issues.
• Manage patching via SCCM and thirdparty tools like Patch My PC.
• Administer mobile device management MDM and mobile application management MAM via Intune.
• Create and maintain compliance policies configuration profiles and conditional access rules.
• Integrate Intune with Azure AD Autopilot and Windows Hello for Business.
• Collaborate with security and network teams for endpoint hardening and policy enforcement.
• Monitor and optimize performance using DEX tools like Techyon.
• Document processes SOPs and technical configurations.
• Mentor Level 1 and Level 2 support teams.

Required Skills Qualifications- Design and Architecture

• Develop the overall architecture for Windows Autopilot deployment integrated with Intune.
• Define technical standards best practices and governance for Autopilot implementation

Implementation Rollout

Lead the end-to-end deployment of Autopilot including device registration profile creation and configuration.

Coordinate with OEM vendors for hardware procurement and Autopilot device IDs.

Ensure zero touch provisioning and compliance with organizational security policies.

Integration Automation

• Integrate Autopilot with Azure AD Intune and other enterprise systems.
• Automate workflows for device lifecycle management and user onboarding.
• Troubleshooting Support.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for Autopilot and Intunerelated issues
• Act as the subject matter expert for escalations during deployment phases

• Required Skills Experience-Technical Expertise Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune Windows Autopilot and Azure AD.
• Knowledge of MDMMAM policies Conditional Access and Compliance Policies.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation
