Roles & Responsibilities
Demonstrated experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation or support projects as technical resource Knowledgeable in writing approval rules and configuring DFFs & EFFs Knowledge in Data Loading/Conversions using HCM Data loader (HDL) and Spreadsheet Loaders including workforce structure data, worker data, contracts data, work relationships data, salary info, etc. Maintenance and support experience in Oracle HCM cloud integrations and reporting with ability to troubleshoot issues, analyse and take appropriate action to remediate issues. Ability to develop ad hoc reports to cater business needs using BI Publisher and OTBI. Recommend best practices in leveraging Oracle Cloud HCM technology to meet day to day business needs as well as scaling for volume and growth. Assist in solution design, development, testing, configuration etc. Carry out static analysis tasks to evaluate design quality. Assist with the development of the test plans and test cases. Identify stakeholders participating in testing activities. Collect and analyse test execution results Support in continuous improvement efforts (. RPA) to enhance performance and provide increased functionality. Assist in script maintenance and updates to accommodate changes in requirements and/or implementation. Support in the releases of software application versions and features. Develop and manage data dictionary, system guides and support in training end users on the usage of HR applications, enhancement features etcQualifications
Diploma / bachelor’s degree in computer science /information technology and above or related qualificationsRequirements
Minimum 2 years relevant experience supporting and administering SaaS HR systems (. Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion), SAP, Workday, Demonstrated methodical and analytical abilitiesDemonstrated experience and understanding of HR business processes and translating related policies and processes into system configurationExperience working with end users to provide technical/functional support.Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM as a key user/ consultantExperience & a good understanding of HR processesExperience working in a global environmentDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.Understand HR processes and priorities.Ability to deliver technical solutions to business problems, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams .Teamwork - showing commitment to teamwork and collaboration.Respect - extending dignity and respect to all people.Integrity - fostering trust and a positive work environment.Innovation - bringing creativity to the workplace.
