Key Responsibilities
- Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding and overdue receivables.
- Follow up with customers for timely payment collection through regular calls, emails, and reminders.
- Collect, track, and accurately allocate customer payments in the system.
- Prepare and share periodic reports on collection activities and accounts receivable status.
- Visit critical customers in cases of non-payment or long outstanding debts to resolve payment issues....
