Roles & Responsililities:

  • Develop digital training modules based on existing presentations and processes.
  • Create repair quotations and processing orders. Coordinating with technical departments & compiling data.
  • Creation and maintenance of technical documents, repair instructions and manuals and repair scenarios for the component.
  • Administration of trainings (planning, participant lists, certificates).
  • Data maintenance in training systems.SharePoint set‑up and maintenance for Customer Service.

    Qualification and Education Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering/Industrial Engineering or Technical Field

    Experience:

    6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Technical Training

    Preferred Skills / Special Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, diagnostics, combustion engines, and hydraulic systems.
  • Experience in technical training, documentation, and content creation.
  • Skilled in ERP systems, eLearning platforms, and project management.
  • Strong responsibility, precision, teamwork, and intercultural collaboration.
  • Quick learner with a continuous improvement mindset; able to read technical drawings.
