Roles & Responsililities:
Develop digital training modules based on existing presentations and processes. Create repair quotations and processing orders. Coordinating with technical departments & compiling data. Creation and maintenance of technical documents, repair instructions and manuals and repair scenarios for the component. Administration of trainings (planning, participant lists, certificates). Data maintenance in training systems.SharePoint set‑up and maintenance for Customer Service. Contributing Your Strengths: Your Qualifications
Qualification and Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering/Industrial Engineering or Technical Field
Experience:
6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Technical Training
Preferred Skills / Special Skills:
Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, diagnostics, combustion engines, and hydraulic systems. Experience in technical training, documentation, and content creation. Skilled in ERP systems, eLearning platforms, and project management. Strong responsibility, precision, teamwork, and intercultural collaboration. Quick learner with a continuous improvement mindset; able to read technical drawings.
