Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process customer claims, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.

  • Maintain statistical keys and analyze return reasons.

  • Create monthly reports on failure hotspots, anomalies, and warranty cost trends.

  • Review and correct claim data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Verify pricing, due dates, and compliance before claim processing.

  • Track and confirm the return of claimed parts.

    Qualification and Education Requirements:


    BE/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Information Systems.

    Experience:


    6 to 8 years of relevant experience in spare parts management


    Preferred Skills / Special Skills:


  • Good understanding of warranty workflows and master data.


  • Responsible, precise, and able to work independently.


  • Willing to learn with a continuous improvement mindset.
