Specialist eCommerce Operations

Job Summary:

Henkel Adhesives India is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. This Specialist will support the e-commerce business including D2C business, marketplace management, lead generation and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a passion for E-Commerce and a strong desire to learn plus ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• E-Commerce Marketplace:
• Build Portfolio on Marketplaces, make Joint Business plan with customers
• Take control of Henkel brand on marketplaces and prioritize customer experience with best-in-class content / shopping experience.
• Expand Henkel Industrial portfolio on all B2B Marketplaces.
• Support day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
• Assist in managing and optimizing the company’s D2C website, daily order processing and coordination with cross functional teams.

• Support Digital Marketing Campaigns:
• Assist in the creation, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Amazon, Indiamart, Google Ads, social media, Email Marketing, etc.)
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.

• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Collect, analyze, and report on digital e-commerce performance data.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in handling E-Commerce business for a Brand. Bachelor’s/ master’s in business is an added advantage
• Strong interest in digital marketing and e-commerce.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Amazon etc.)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Experience in e commerce operations is a plus
