Position Profile

Specialist II, Education & Knowledge Technical Training directly supports the development needs of Direct and Dealer employees through the delivery of all field-based training programs. Works with Services Training and field management to deliver training and knowledge that supports the achievement of Ricoh business objectives and leverages the learning opportunities available through Services Training, including creation of written and video global knowledge. Position responsibilities include training delivery in both classroom and virtual settings.

This position provides feedback, measurement and reporting to Services Training management and stakeholders on the execution of the learning plan and learning initiatives.
