**Job Summary**
Eaton’s electrical sector is currently seeking a Specialist Engineer to join our team. This position is based at our Nacogdoches facility. Relocation assistance will be provided.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide Engineering design support for productivity improvement projects through effective participation on cross-functional teams
- Lead Engineering efforts on critical direct material cost-out projects, including idea development, prototype, projectexecution, and plant/business system implementation
- Support plant and Product Management cost out activities
- Ownership of overall project management for VA/VE projects
- Utilize ProLaunch tollgate methodology to lead VA/VE projects with cross functional teams at multiple sites with overall project timeline execution responsibilities
- Coordinate with operations group at manufacturing facilities to implement VA/VE projects
