McDonalds has an exciting opportunity for a Specialist, Financial Systems T&E (Concur). This role supports the day-to-day operations of McDonalds travel and expense (T&E) processes through the Concur platform. The Specialist assists with system configuration, testing, and documentation to ensure expense reporting and reimbursement workflows are accurate, compliant, and aligned with enterprise standards. This position reports to the Manager, Financial Systems OTC: ERP and plays a key role in supporting internal users and resolving system issues.

The candidate is expected to reside in Hyderabad, India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of system enhancements and updates for Concur and related T&E workflows.
• Assist in gathering and documenting technical and functional requirements for expense management processes.
• Provide support for deployment activities, including implementation, execution, and adoption of Concur solutions.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and configuration efforts to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve system issues and provide guidance on Concur usage.
• Maintain documentation and support materials for Concur users across global markets.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on system usability, data accuracy, and user experience.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Certifications in Concur or expense management systems are a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance systems or application support
• English Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4)
• Basic understanding of travel and expense processes and system workflows
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Effective communicator with ability to support diverse user groups
• Experience supporting system testing, documentation, and deployment
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and escalate issues appropriately
