Job Description
Key Skills:
Design, develop and testing of On board /Off Board Charger and DC DC Converter for Inhouse development as well Out source supplier product verification & Validation
β Design, develop, and test power electronic systems, including inverters, converters, and power management systems.
β Create and optimize PCB layouts for power electronics components.
β Develop control algorithms for power electronic systems.
β Perform simulations and analyses to ensure system performance and reliability.
β Conduct prototype testing and validation to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
β Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, software, and systems engineers, to integrate power electronics into larger systems.
β Stay updated with the latest advancements in power electronics technology and implement them in ongoing projects.
β Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and user manuals.
β DFMEA, DFM,DFS
β Safety & Regulatory requirements on EV Charger
β EMI/EMC Compliance as per AIS 156 & ECR 10 for EV application products
β Support the transition of designs from prototype to production, including troubleshooting and resolving design issues.
β Perform circuit simulation utilizing software like PSIM, MATLAB, and LTSPICE etc.
β Good experience in testing equipment handling like DSO, Power analyserβ¦etc
β Co-ordinate fabrication of PCB board
Work Experience
β 5 or more years of demonstrated successful experience in Switch mode power supply, DC- DC Converter, Inverter design and testing.
β Professional experience with the design, analysis, and/or testing of High frequency switch mode power supply products for EV application.
β Professional experience in Altium,Hyper links etc.
