We are looking for an experienced Specialist Healthcare Designer with a strong background in healthcare and pharmaceutical advertising. This role requires deep expertise in integrated creative production across print and digital channels, along with the ability to lead design excellence, mentor teams, and deliver high-quality creative solutions for global healthcare campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Execution

  • Develop high-impact creative concepts and visual solutions for healthcare and pharmaceutical advertising and marketing.
  • Design and deliver integrated creative assets across print, digital, and marketing channels.
  • Contribute original ideas that align with brand strategy, regulatory standards, and campaign objectives.

Design Leadership & Quality Assurance

  • Review and assess creative work produced by other designers from a technical and design-quality perspective.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to global design standards and best practices.
  • Maintain high creative quality while meeting defined SLAs and delivery timelines.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and train junior designers to elevate overall creative capability.
  • Manage teams handling high-volume creative requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate closely with global creative agency teams and cross-functional design partners to deliver seamless outputs.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication, high-quality delivery, and reliable execution.
  • Partner effectively with remote and global teams to support campaign execution across regions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8–12 years of experience in integrated creative production as a senior designer within an agency or studio serving healthcare and pharmaceutical brands.
  • Proven experience delivering a wide range of creative assets for print and digital campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical brand guidelines and advertising standards.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional graphic design skills with a strong eye for composition and detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Strong understanding of UI design principles for responsive web and mobile applications.
  • Experience managing and mentoring design teams in high-output environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with distributed, global teams.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of global design trends, tools, and best practices.
