+ **HR ERP Access and Escalations and Support**
+ Act as L2 to resolve escalated ERP System access issues for employees, related to onboarding, duplicate record cleanup, transfers, early terminations, identity management aggregations, and employee HCM record analysis related bulk processing errors.
+ Facilitate troubleshooting cross-functional access and data processing errors, collaborating with IT, Security, and HR teams.
+ Liaise with L1 IT Service Desk to provide process clarification and verification of employee record data points.
+ Identify and resolve conflicts between manual and automated joiner processes for Contingent Workers.
+ **Security & Identity Governance**
+ Collaborate with Security and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) teams to address process improvements, bulk processing errors, and account creation/integration issues.
+ Investigate and resolve duplicate accounts, international transfers, and wrongful offboards.
+ **Process and Data Troubleshooting**
+ Monitor and escalate onboarding workflows and intervene when new hires, transfers, and those return from absence face credential, access, or system failures.
+ Ensure welcome emails and credentials are delivered; identify and address aggregation automation gaps.
+ Support international onboarding and transfer, including email migrations, and profile merges.
+ Coordinate with regional onboarding teams to ensure manual intervention when automated systems fail, especially in cross-border onboarding scenarios.
+ **Knowledge Curation and Documentation**
+ Document and maintain Knowledge Base for systems, processes, and user support.
+ Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to gather accurate information and ensure documentation reflects current practices.
+ Support compliance efforts by aligning documentation with regulatory (52-109) standards.
+ Analyze documentation usage and feedback to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
+ Create tutorials, user guides, documentation, and provide training for internal HR and IT employees.
+ 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding/offboarding, or HRIS support, preferably in a large or global organization.
+ Strong understanding of HR systems (e.g., Oracle HCM), IT onboarding, and access management processes. Experience supporting HR onboarding, offboarding, and transfers (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)
+ Experience with troubleshooting access issues, data errors, and onboarding/offboarding workflows.
+ Familiarity with Oracle HCM or equivalent, ServiceNow, and Identity and Access Management
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work cross-functionally with HR, IT, Security teams, and our employees.
+ Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving, knowledge curation, and documentation skills.
