The successful candidate will be:


Service oriented, as he/she will be the main technical interlocutor to the customer team.

Knowledgeable of airline e-commerce business, reservations/ ticketing/inventory/DCS domain.

Knowledge of Amadeus Airline IT products and services

Strong at problem solving and analytical skills (gather data, compile information, and prepare reports)

Interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multicultural environment

Good at project management - change management & tracking skills

Dynamic and good team player

Customer centric

Specific skills


Must understand key concepts of airline e-commerce web applications development (1A eRetail is plus)

Must understand key concepts of web services implementations

Must be familiar with WBS, XML, JSON, SOAP and HTTP technologies

Travel
