McDonalds has an exciting opportunity for a Specialist, Investor Relations. This role supports the development and execution of investor communications, including earnings materials, press releases, and presentations. The Specialist will assist in preparing financial and strategic content for earnings calls and investor meetings, maintain investor-facing materials, and monitor market trends to inform messaging. This position reports to the Supervisor, Investor Relations

The candidate is expected to reside in Hyderabad, India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of investor communications, including earnings materials, press releases, and presentations.
  • Assist in preparing financial and strategic content for quarterly earnings calls, investor meetings, and conferences in collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Communications teams.
  • Respond to investor inquiries, ensuring clear communication aligned with disclosure standards and escalating as needed.
  • Maintain and update investor-facing materials and databases, ensuring accuracy of financial data, KPIs, and company updates.
  • Monitor analyst reports, market trends, and peer performance to provide insights that inform investor messaging and executive briefings.
  • Support coordination of investor engagement activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking follow-ups, and preparing briefing documents for senior leadership.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • CSCP certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in investor relations, financial communications, or related functions.
  • English Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4).
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with investor relations platforms and financial reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and compliance.
