Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
Assist in assigning and resolving IT service tickets New laptop and desktop imaging and installing various security tools and applications Support and troubleshoot end-user desktop computing issues Address security-related vulnerabilities at end-user computers reported by Mcafee and CrowdStrike security tools Monthly Windows patching using Tivoli endpoint manager Miscellaneous hardware support such as printer, scanner, etc On-site support for end users Network monitoring and basic troubleshooting Projector, video conference and web meeting support Inventory control and management for hardware and software Basic Infra & Server setup as and when needed Manage end-to-end purchase of computers and accessories via document control system ETQ and SAP Coordinate w...
