Detailed Description:


Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
  • Assist in assigning and resolving IT service tickets
  • New laptop and desktop imaging and installing various security tools and applications
  • Support and troubleshoot end-user desktop computing issues
  • Address security-related vulnerabilities at end-user computers reported by Mcafee and CrowdStrike security tools
  • Monthly Windows patching using Tivoli endpoint manager
  • Miscellaneous hardware support such as printer, scanner, etc
  • On-site support for end users
  • Network monitoring and basic troubleshooting
  • Projector, video conference and web meeting support
  • Inventory control and management for hardware and software
  • Basic Infra & Server setup as and when needed
  • Manage end-to-end purchase of computers and accessories via document control system ETQ and SAP
