Detailed Description:
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
- Assist in assigning and resolving IT service tickets
- New laptop and desktop imaging and installing various security tools and applications
- Support and troubleshoot end-user desktop computing issues
- Address security-related vulnerabilities at end-user computers reported by Mcafee and CrowdStrike security tools
- Monthly Windows patching using Tivoli endpoint manager
- Miscellaneous hardware support such as printer, scanner, etc
- On-site support for end users
- Network monitoring and basic troubleshooting
