Specialist - Learning and Development

The Learning & Development Specialist plays a key role in building safety, leadership and operational capability across Adbri's operational and corporate workforce. Partnering closely with leaders and subject matter experts, you will design, deliver and evaluate practical, high-impact learning solutions that improve performance and accelerate time to skill.

This role is located in Sydney, NSW , with occasional domestic and interstate travel as required.

• Conduct learning needs analysis to identify capability gaps and recommend targeted, multi-modal learning solutions
• Design and deliver engaging learning content including onboarding, compliance, safety, technical and frontline leadership programs
• Coordinate end-to-end learning initiatives including scheduling, facilitation, logistics and evaluation
