Specialist, Marketing & MedEd – Surgical Robotics & Orthopedics

Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai/Bangalore, Kolkata

Job Responsibilities:

• Play a proactive role in reviewing demand plan with overseas sales team and have plan circulated to all stakeholders involved in the S&OP planning process.
• Receive customer’s purchase orders and provide timely update delivery schedule to customer.
• Manage supply review, coordinate with manufacturers to ensure on-time production of finished products.
• Recognize risk of order fulfillment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer delivery schedule.
• Arrange international logistics based on incoterm, and select suitable shipping plan and freight forwarder to balance cost and delivery efficiency.
• Take efforts to improve the excess and obsolete inventory provision.
• Perform procurement process for finished products or service and apply payment.
• Conduct data analysis and use metrics to track supply chain performance.
• Prepare, draft and filing various kinds of agreements including distribution agreement, purchase agreement, issuing authorization letters, and maintaining database.
• Coordinate with Compliance department to complete due-diligence on potential distributors.
• Evaluate distributor performance annually and ensure smooth distributor transitions on an annual basis.
• Collect and report monthly implant data to HQ.
• Daily Admin Support, coordinate office resource allocation to ensure seamless daily operations; Standardize document management workflows for enhanced efficiency
• Subsidiary Governance, lead annual budget formulation and execution monitoring; Plan and coordinate annual meetings end-to-end, etc.
• Support on Vendor selection and management.
• Other project assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, channel management, sales operation or related field
• Skillful in MS/Office, SAP experience is a plus
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across multiple departments and with external partners
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Business oriented, can-do attitude and can work under pressure
• Open mind of continuous improvement
