Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Specialist, Master Planning to join our team! In this role you will get to utilizing your architectural/urban design background to coordinate the master planning and urban design work for major development.

What You'll Be Doing:

Master Planning Process & concept design:

  • Provide input to Development Management in feasibility assessments by developing concept design.

  • Responsible for developing detailed project master plan:

    Lay down the guidelines for master plan development in line with company's strategy.

    Ensure feasibility studies are performed with the required level of detail.

    Propose overall concept design and develop brief for master planning based on in-depth understanding of the market, regulatory environment.

    Review preliminary pricing ranges, financing structures etc.
